It depends on how you define "really good." I was expecting yet another historically-inaccurate, sex-filled movie about the Tudors relying on the same old historical stereotypes (Anne Boleyn was a bitch, Henry a childish, egomaniacal killer of people who disappointed him) - but I enjoy that kind of thing, not that I wouldn't enjoy an original take on Tudor history even more. There ought to be a movie about Thomas Cranmer. I saw Miss Pettigrew last night. A much-appreciated friend offered to go see one of the two with me without even having seen this post!
